The Yes Global Compensation and Marketing Plan for the Philippines has two ways to earn: retail profit, and the Unilevel Direct Bonus on your network's repurchases.
1. Retail profit
Buy at the Distributor Price and sell at no more than the Retail Price. The difference is yours.
2. Unilevel Direct Bonus
A percentage of the Sales Value (SV) of the monthly repurchases in your sponsor network, up to ten levels.
What is never paid
No bonus for registering or sponsoring anyone, and none on your own purchases.
Your rank is earned again every month.
Group SV is your own repurchases plus your whole network's, in the calendar month. Ranks are never sold.

Active teams open the deeper levels.
A team is one member you personally sponsor, with their whole downline. Team SV counts only actual repurchases, never registrations. You also need at least 16 SV of your own repurchases in the month. The levels paid are the lower of your rank's maximum and the levels your teams open.

Unilevel Direct Bonus
Paid monthly on SV. 1 SV = 1 point = ₱80.00 when withdrawn. Members who make no repurchase in a month are skipped (dynamic compression), so the bonus passes to the next active member. Across all ten levels the bonus can reach 35% to 51% of a product's Distributor Price; in practice it is lower.

Clear terms for every member.
Payment
Bonuses are credited on the 1st of the following month. You can withdraw 50 to 5,000 points per request to your own bank account; requests are processed weekly. Tax is withheld as the BIR requires, and you receive BIR Form 2307.
Cooling-off
Cancel within 10 working days of signing for a full refund, without giving a reason.
Buy-back
On request, we buy back unopened, resaleable products bought in the last 12 months at 90% of the price paid.
The full plan, with the product price list, is published when the first product is registered with the FDA.
